Founder & CEO, International Help Day

What started as a handful of friends collecting food and cash for five families in Islamabad in 2014 has grown into a network reaching more than 50,000 families across 12 countries. Our founder built this organisation on one simple rule: every donation must be tracked from the moment it’s given to the moment it reaches the family who needs it.

Today, that same promise guides every program we run — transparency, dignity, and real accountability to the people who trust us with their giving.

Our Mission

To find the families who have been forgotten, and give them what they need to live with dignity — food, shelter, health care, and education. No family should be too far, too poor, or too invisible to reach.

A world where every act of generosity finds the person who needs it most — where no one has to go hungry, untreated, or without hope, simply because help never arrived.

OUR JOURNEY

How It All Began

From a small group of friends in Islamabad to a network reaching families across 12 countries.

2014

A Small Idea In Islamabad

A handful of friends started collecting food and cash from neighbours to help five families through the winter. That first delivery became our first promise.

2016

Our First Ration Program

We formalised monthly food ration deliveries and began tracking every bag from donor to doorstep, so givers could see exactly where their money went.

2018

Growing Beyond Pakistan

Support from Pakistani communities abroad led us to open offices in Dubai and London, making it easier for donors overseas to give with confidence.

2020

Standing Up For Emergencies

When floods and the pandemic hit hardest, our volunteer network delivered emergency food, medicine, and shelter kits to thousands of families within days.

2026

Where We Stand Today

Today, over 80,000 volunteers and donors across 12 countries help us reach more than 50,000 families — and we’re only getting started.

How We Help

PROGRAM 01

Food & Ration Support

Every month, we pack and deliver ration bags — flour, rice, oil, and pulses — straight to the doorsteps of families who cannot afford them.

Education For Every Child
